nathanjohnson: Zut Alors - Torr EP I recently produced an EP that didn’t quite get a chance to find its audience. This was one of those great projects where a cool band from England comes out to live in your house in Connecticut during the hottest five weeks of the summer and you borrow a vintage Fairchild and a U47 and a bunch of other mics and amps and you set up in your living room and you record five songs and you get the guy who mixed Stadium Arcadium on board and then you finish it right as the band goes home and breaks up. Shit. Well, the EP has just been released on Bandcamp, so you can finally check out the finished product. Also, see documentation of the project as it happened. About flippin’ time guys! I took this photo — LC-A with colourflash with Agfa CT100 film, feels like an age ago. You can’t get that film any more. My LC-A and colourflash broke long ago… Ahh good times.
