It’s rare I see a trailer I actually like, but this is really good. Bar the endless ‘oscar this, oscar that’ quotes, this is the best trailer I’ve seen in ages. I love how they’ve used the sound on the car window, the little girls feet and the car door, but no where else (except the gasp of breath at the begining). There isn’t ever enough good sound design on trailers and commercials. The editing is also great and the cinematography seems nice, and there’s a nice use of font and size on ‘COLIN FIRTH, JULIANNE MOORE, A SINGLE MAN’ at the end. So yeah, I like this a lot.
